QUADRIGA Dichtungs-GmbH

QUADRIGA, in former times a competitor in the North German region with around 30 employees, has been a member of the SPÄH corporate group since 1976 and stands for almost 30 years of experience, competence, and quality in the manufacture of high-quality PUR products.

The core competence of QUADRIGA lies in the manufacture and the sale of semi-finished products and cast and mould parts made from Vulkollan®, Polyurethane and other PUR systems, produced by the trademark contractual partner of Bayer AG for Vulkollan®, according to their quality standards.

QUADRIGA thus has highly efficient production facilities and machines and uses nearly all procedures of technical further processing. Together with the group’s own mould construction, we thus have a highly flexible potential of production, from individual parts to series.
 

Core competences

• Extensive range of semi-finished products in the form of sheets (standard 0.5 to 50 mm thickness), square rods, blocks, and round rods
• Sheets with metal inserts, sheets with fibres and drill holes, snow scraper strips
• Manufacture of highly precise, custom-made cast and form products (with and without metal sheath), coating of wheels, pulleys, rolls, and special sizes with expanded feature profiles
   

Specialities

• Production of highly resilient spring elements, clutch packages (square and oval) as well as elastic vice protective jaws
• Out-of-ordinary sheet sizes up to 7 x 1 m and/or 4 x 2 m and up to a maximum weight/piece of 130 kg
• PUR semi-finished products and parts in special colours such as black, white, red, yellow, and green. Other colour shades, e.g. according to RAL register and individual hardness setting upon consultation
