During the consulting service, we already offer an applicable service and develop solutions in the form of possible materials as well as manufactures through cooperation with our customers. Our material sample-folders with technical data are a useful help for all technical draftsmen and purchasing managers. They support the technical trade in terms of consultation in a neutral manner. Our precise stamping and cutting parts as well as our casting moulds are produces in our own tool- and mould making and are the basis for our precision.

Machines and machinery where seals and multi-functional construction parts are installed have to work in a faultless way, so that they are no danger for either humans or the environment. We and our customers therefore expect the utmost in terms of quality from our sealing-, elastomer-, and plastic products. Quality and zero-mistake principle are our highest priority.

We, at SPÄH guarantee a flawless quality management, starting with quality-checks at receipt of goods as well as initial sample inspections, static production-process control, final inspection and employee qualification. WE thereby fulfil all German and international customer-specific standards. Due to the most modern optical measurement technique, we are not only able to measure your articles on the basis of CAD-data, but can also produce drawings on the basis of samples. Our own CAQ-system offers the permanent access to quality-relevant data up to the required product quality. Complete backtracking is therefore guaranteed.
