Zubereitung von Maultaschen durch Späh Mitarbeiterin

At Späh, we once again held a joint cooking course for employees in the company canteen “Karma”. Together with the canteen staff, employees were invited to prepare various dishes and learn new tips and tricks for cooking. The cooking course was free of charge for all participating employees and was very well received.

Several dishes were cooked together. Among other things, Swabian Maultaschen with potato salad and Kässpätzle were on the menu. Manti (dumplings) were also prepared. At the end of the day, there was a delicious dessert in the form of Ofenschlupfer.

During the cooking course, the employees were not only able to help with the cooking, but also learn a lot from each other and exchange ideas in a relaxed atmosphere. It was an all-round successful event where everyone had a great time. It was especially nice that the dishes prepared together were of course eaten together at the end – and the results were very delicious.
