On September 1, we warmly welcomed our new trainees at the Scheer site. The start to their careers was varied, informative and characterized by a lot of team spirit for our junior staff.

The first day offered numerous program points to get to know each other: a relaxed round of introductions, team games and puzzles ensured a relaxed start before we went to breakfast together and later to lunch in our company canteen Karma. During the subsequent 5-senses tour, the new trainees were given a comprehensive insight into various departments – including a final visit to SPÄH designed acoustic. Another highlight was the traditional trainee hut, which rounded off the start together perfectly and strengthened team cohesion.

• Emily – Industrial clerk with additional qualification in international business management with foreign languages

Industrial-technical training

• Johanna – Tool mechanic

• Xaver – Cutting machine operator

• Baran – Machine and plant operator
