Sustainability and teamwork play a major role at Späh – so we are all the more pleased about the new trainee project: our own herb garden. 🌱

The trainees plan, plant and care for various herbs and take full responsibility for their joint project. The freshly harvested herbs are then taken to our canteen, where they contribute to greater regionality and sustainability in our day-to-day work. 🍽️✨

With projects like this, we not only promote teamwork and creativity, but also create a greater awareness of sustainable action within the company. 💚
