Healthy backs and satisfied employees

Back pain is a common ailment. According to the DAK Health Report 2018, almost one in three adults suffers from frequent or constant back pain. A lack of exercise, lifting loads incorrectly at work, prolonged sitting, and obesity are all important risk factors for back health. Sports and exercise are therefore fundamentally important in order to preventively strengthen the back and its supporting muscles. Even though it can be hard to find the energy to exercise after work, it is extremely important both mentally and physically.

That’s why we offer regular prevention courses for our employees, such as our 10-week BackFit course, in which employees learn new exercises to strengthen their backs. As an added bonus, communal sports activities with colleagues are highly motivating and twice as much fun.
